staff were friendly especially jovanna, jemal and karren at reception. they were available 24/7. the hotel rooms were very clean. they helped me with taxi transfer for the airport.
my room faced the plaza. noise from the square was loud until late each night. a club in front of hotel doors made it worse.

i liked the location. it was very central. breakfast was simple but sufficient. the staff were excellent. the room was very basic, i found it met my needs for a city stay. i appreciate that they kept our bags.
i noticed the walls seem thin. this meant i could sometimes hear noise from other rooms, so it was a bit disruptive. i think soundproofing might help.

it looks ancient and can be temperamental. breakfast consists of bread rolls, croissants, cornflakes, jam, butter, and marmalade. a vending machine sells water in the foyer.

the location was excellent. it was very central and perfect for exploring. our room was a twin room. the complimentary breakfast in the cellar was a nice touch.
our room was quite small (i wasn't expecting that). the only toiletries provided were sachets of shampoo. the shower over the bath didn't work very well.
